WellRounded Capital is a commercial financing broker. We are not a direct lender. Loans are made by third-party lenders, who set final terms.

California

For California businesses, we place financing only with lenders licensed under, or exempt from, the California Financing Law, and we do not pay referral fees to unlicensed persons.

States with commercial financing disclosure laws

The following states require standardized cost disclosures for many commercial financing offers. Where required, your lender will provide them before you sign.
