What is Daily and Weekly Payments?

Some short-term business loans and merchant cash advances collect payments every business day or every week instead of monthly, typically by automatic debit from your bank account. Frequent payments let the lender collect as the business earns, but they reduce cash on hand immediately and can strain cash flow during slow periods. When comparing offers, convert daily or weekly payments into a monthly equivalent to see the true impact on your budget.

Example

A $250 daily payment over roughly 21 business days adds up to about $5,250 per month.
